I’m Ethan Lou, author of Field Notes from a Pandemic, out Sept. 29 by Signal/McClelland & Stewart, Penguin Random House Canada. I’ve served as a visiting journalist at the University of British Columbia. I used to be a reporter for Reuters.
“Ocuis” is the name of a cryptocurrency mining company I started, based in Calgary in western Canada. It’s a long story, which you can read all about in my other book, Once a Bitcoin Miner, out 2021 from ECW Press. This used to be a purely cryptocurrency newsletter.
